How to create empty Database
Step One
Start Access
Click Start>Programs>Access.
Microsoft Access will appear on your screen.
Step Two
File New Database
In the task pane choose Blank Database or clcik New on the toolbar.
File New Database dialog box will appear on your screen.
Step Three
Create Database
Name your database and choose folder where you will save it.
Now click Create.
New Database window will appear on your screen.
